NTT Test Blanks….
It’s true that our NTT Limited Edition of 75 has been sold out, but we have great news!
If you missed the Original NTT then you may be able to purchase a limited run NTT TEST Blank.
Test blanks are not a part of the original sold out NTT run that is limited to only 75 pieces.
All Test Blanks will get a differing COA number and will be titled as a ‘Test Blank’.
Test blanks do not come with the many free items that the NTT’s shipped with.
What is a Test Blank?
Test Blanks are what get us from daydream to shipping out actual limited run collectibles.
“Where should the mold be seamed?… How much and what kind of resin? … What color resin? … What kind of glues, putties and paints look best? … How should the pieces be parted out, keyed or pegged for assembly? … Where will the reinforcements and counter-weights or magnets or pins need to go?†These are what ‘Test Blanks’ are all about.
Our question to you is, “Why should all of these perfectly good Test Blanks just be thrown out?â€
Every week we receive requests for the NTT, but the 75 run edition is sold out.
But even though we cannot sell the NTT anymore, we can sell these Test Blanks that are just sitting around.
The disadvantage of getting a Test Blank:
You missed the Limited Edition NTT run of 75 pieces and all the many extras they came loaded with, the signed and numbered COA, and that insanely low price.
Will these NTT Test Blanks affect the Collectible Value of the NTT?
Not at all; We have seen 2 different earlier edition NTT’s selling for over double the original sale price this year alone,
and not all of the later editions have even been paid for in full or shipped yet! Test Blanks are not part of the NTT run either as indicated in there C.O.A. forms.
The advantages of owning an NTT Test Blank:
Not missing out on owning the absolute best Museum Quality Replica of the most Famous Killer Shark ever!
Each Test Blank will be finished and detail painted by the artist just as the original limited editions were.
But if you want to display it like the 75 run edition sharks then you’ll need to purchase our WW stand and
solid resin yellow barrels along with the 1:1 scale Bruce Tooth Replica separately.
Every piece that makes up the complicated Bruce NTT Display underwent many tests and changes;
so we have a large number of bodies and fins and dentures taking up storage space. Each is as true to the original
as the limited production run. Some are solid resin, some are different kinds of test resin but all are the same
molded pieces as the originals. We’ll be happy to clear out the shop space racks and provide the labor to assemble
and get you your signed and numbered “Collectible Test Blank†as soon as possible.
