Kalibak's body is from the JL Ultra Humanite figure. His head is scratch built using plumber's putty. His legs have been shortened 1/3' less than Humanite's His forearms are from Darkseid (along with his demeanor hehe). Everything else were sculpted on using plumber's putty.
