Commander Hro Talak of Thanagar (as seen on JL Episode 'Starcrossed')

He's a JL Batman head, Supes body, Hawkgirl wings (from Jollibee) and plumbers putty.

JL Hawkgirl wing's were a bit small for Hro, I wanted his wing span to be larger (to show his rank), so I used the wings from the Hawkgirl toy that was released by our local burger chain (Jollibee). The wings had a bit more detail than desired, but i think the effect it gave (plus the added articulation) won me over.
